ASAHI SHO-KO-SHA offers training programs designed to develop skills and knowledge at an early stage upon joining the company, including follow-up training and rank-specific programs for peace of mind.
We provide an environment where even new employees can advance their careers.
About our Training Programs
■New Employee Training: 1 Month
We invite lecturers to provide training for new employees on a wide range of topics, including business manners and the products we handle.
■Training by Year of Employment: 3-4 Times a Year
Focus areas include sales skills (work arrangements, presentation skills (communicating with customers)), listening skills (eliciting customer needs), and communication and complaint handling skills (basic knowledge of complaints, steps in handling complaints, etc.).
■Introductory Training for Mid-Level Employees: Twice a Year
■Mid-Level Employee Training: Twice a Year
■Technical Study Sessions: 4 Times a Year
